Debt Collection is different from Debt Restructuring.

Debt Collection is where we would act on behalf of Creditors seeking to recover money from Debtors. We have many years of experience in representing Creditors.

We also represent Debtors who are struggling to meet their financial obligations and our Partner Mr Coakley was formerly a Personal Insolvency Practitioner and has years of experience in assisting debtors with the restructuring of their debts and the making and preparing of proposals to Creditors, Financial Institutions and other such bodies.
