We have experience of both bringing and defending cases on behalf of clients to the Employment Appeals Tribunal on issues pursuant to various leglislative provisions of Employment Law. We provide careful guidance to our clients on the many technical legislative provisions to be cognisant of, and outline the various options open to them.
