We have extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, ranging from Personal Injury claims, to claims at Equity, claims re Defective Products, and claims involving property, be it a disputed Right of Way, Adverse Possession claim or otherwise.

We have represented clients for many years at all Court levels in Civil Litigation, ranging from the District Court, through the Circuit, High & Supreme Courts. We also have extensive experience in acting for clients when processing claims for Personal Injuries through the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB).

We have many years of experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in such actions, and are very conversant with the technical steps to be taken in either the prosecution or defence of such actions.

We also regularly undertake Criminal Defence work on behalf of clients who are prosecuted by the State, and have appeared at both District Court and Circuit Court level in such actions.

We also have experience of Commercial litigation, dealing with highly technical and specific aspects of Commercial and Company Law, with such matters typically being run before the High Court.
