Probate – Wills and Estate Planning

We are fully qualified to advise in all aspects of Estate Planning and the preparation of Wills, Trusts and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

We also attend to the Probating of Wills and the Administration of Estates.

As an adjunct to this area of practice, we have also advised many clients over the years to disaffected beneficiaries who wish to contest Wills via the initiation of a claim against the Estate, and on the other side of the divide, to assist Executors & Administrators (as applicable) in the defence of such actions against the Deceased’s Estate.
